About Me

My passion for health, fitness, and nutrition began at a young age and continues to grow every day. From playing sports with my brothers to cooking with my mom, I have always believed that being healthy should be fun and enjoyable. This approach is at the heart of my philosophy as a Pilates instructor.
My journey into Pilates began in 2001 after experiencing chronic back pain post-partum. Temporary solutions like rest and medication offered little relief, but years later, physical therapy introduced me to Pilates as a lasting solution. I fell in love with the practice and earned my certification in May 2010, turning Pilates into my career.
For the past 14 years, I have worked with a wide range of clients from my at-home studio, from fitness professionals to those with specific needs. I believe in thoughtful, gradual progress to help clients build strength and confidence safely. After working closely with women at all stages of life, I have also focused on continuing education around menopause to better support my clients through this transition.
Using a science-based approach, I am committed to helping people improve their lives through meaningful movement, personalized care, and a positive experience. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to feeling strong, confident, and well.
