Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. Susan believes in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of Pilates are worth the challenge. Susan has been teaching Fitness for 29 years, and in 2001 had a back injury that brought her to Pilates. Through Pilates she gained core strength, flexibility and better posture. Getting certified in the Stott Pilates Method in 2010 changed her life and her body for the better, and adding Pilates to your routine can do the same for you.
